National Trust’s Hare Hill in Macclesfield is back for 2025 making a great school holiday day out.
The popular Easter Trail will return this spring to celebrate the Easter Holidays.

The Hare Hill Egg Trail
This Easter visitors to Hare Hill can take part in the Easter Egg Hunt Trail.
The Easter Adventures trail will help you get closer to nature with different activities and games.
Discover what wildlife gets up to in the Winter Months as you hop like a hare or leap like a lamb.
You need to pick up a trail map at the Hare Hill welcome building.
Once you finish the trail you can collect your Rainforest Alliance chocolate egg prize (vegan ‘Free-From’ chocolate eggs available) which are made in the UK.
How Much are tickets to the Hare Hill Easter Egg Hunt
Tickets cost £3.50 to take part in the Easter Egg trail and include the Easter egg prize.

When Is The Egg Hunt Running at Hare Hill for 2024?
The Easter Egg Hunt will run at Hare Hill, Wednesdays to Sundays and Easter Monday from Saturday 5th to Monday 21st April 2025.
The trail will be open from 10.30 pm to 4.30 pm
What Else Is There To Do at Hare Hill
Hare Hill boasts a lovely wooden garden with a historic parkland home to farm livestock and a walled garden.
They also have a natural play area with a swing and den building. You can also loan out Nature Packs from the Welcome Building.
Will Hare Hill Be Open on Easter Sunday?
Hare Hill will be open on Easter Sunday from 10.30 am to 5.00 pm.
How Much is Entry to Hare Hill
Entry to the Hare Hill allows access to the whole site and costs:
- £9.00 for adults
- £4.50 for children
- £13.50 for a family ticket with 1 adult
- £22.50 for a family ticket with 2 children
Entry is free for National Trust Members
