Step into the heart of Rochdale this Christmas at Santa’s Village Ice Rink, located in the historic Town Hall Square.
Open from 21 November 2025 to 4 January 2026 (closed on 25 December), this brand-new outdoor rink offers 45-minute skating sessions perfect for families, beginners, and festive fun-seekers of all ages.
Adults can enjoy sessions from £13.50, children aged 4–12 from £9.50, with student discounts and special school-trip pricing also available, while skate aids are on hire for £5 for younger skaters.
The rink is covered, but still outdoors, so visitors are advised to wrap up warm, and children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Situated as part of the Ignite Fire Festival, visitors can enjoy dazzling fire installations, light displays, and the Christmas market alongside their skating experience.
