Webbles wobble but they don’t fall down. We checked out the new Peppa Pig Webbles toys and you can check what we thought in our review.
Webbles have been a popular toy since the 70″s and now Peppa Pig fans can enjoy the wobbly fun.
The new Peppa Pig Webbles playsets are out now and we were kindly gifted a couple of the new toys for the purpose of an honest review. We asked one of Mum On The Go reviewers Sarah and her two-year-old daughter to check out. Read on for what they thought.
Review Peppa Pig Webbles
Like most toddlers, my just turned two-year-old little girl is a big Peppa Pig fan, she loves the show and points out any toy she spots on our travels. I, therefore, jumped at the chance to check out the new Peppa Pig Webbles range. Here’s what we thought and everything you need to know about the Peppa Pig Webbles toys.
What Are Peppa Pig Webbles?
Peppa Pig Webbles as the name suggests combines everyones favourite pig with the popular Webbles Wobble range.
The new Peppa Pig range includes a series of characters all of which feature the signature round weighted bottom which allow Peppa and her friends to wobble but never fall down.
Plus kids can also enjoy a range of playsets which combine with the figures to allow them to wobble away.

The Peppa Pig Weebles Figures are available as singles and two figure packs (from £3.99) with a range of characters available for fans to collect. Plus you can grab a Peppa Pig Weebles Peppa and Friends Figure Pack (RRP £14.99) which includes Peppa Pig, Suzy Sheep, Danny Dog and Rebecca Rabbit.
There are also three playsets available. The Peppa Pig Weebles Push-Along Wobbily Car (RRP £16.99) which ncludes a Peppa Weebles figure, and space for another Weebles figure!
The Peppa Pig Weebles Wind and Wobble Playhouse (RRP £32.99) where you can wind the handle to move Weebles Peppa up and then down the slide to land in the muddy puddle! Then, push Peppa on the swing and around on the roundabout.
Finally the The Peppa Pig Weebles Pull-Along Wobbily Train (RRP £19.99) which we were kindly gifted along with a two figure pack.
What is in The Peppa Pig Weebles Pull-Along Wobbily Train Box and Figure Pack?
As the name suggests the two figure pack contains two Peppa Pig Webbles characters. We received George and Peppa.
The Pull-Along Wobbily Train Box contains:
- A train with an engine and two carriages
- Peppa Pig Webbles Character
Playing with the Peppa Pig Webbles
As soon as she spotted the Peppa Pig figures and train my two year old couldn’t wait to get her hands on them. Luckily the figure pack was easy to open and she didn’t have to wait long. The train was attached with plastic locks on the bottom but again it was simple to remove.
On opening it was great to see that the train carriages were already attached to the engine (these can be detached) and so was ready to play with straight away.
The train has space for three figures and my daughter was excitied to see that all her new figures fitted, popping them on to the train straight away. Then proceeding to pull ( and push) the train around the floor for quiet some time. She also loved that the characters wobbled as the train moved but didn’t fall off.
She didn’t just enjoy playing with the train. Once she realised that the characters couldn’t fall over she played for ages spinning them on the train and on the floor. Giggling every time they popped by up, making snorting noises and jumping around with excitement.
What we Thought About the Peppa Pig Webbles.
As you can probably tell the Peppa Pig Webbles train and characters were a big hit with my daughter. She has played with them time and time again and taking Peppa and George with her whereever we go.
I loved the overall quality of both the train and the figures with great attention to detail, with Peppa and George both featuring little tails on the back.The characters are also really robust and a great size for little hands.
Of course the playsets are ideal for imaginative play and great for hand eye co-ordination as the figures are placed in and out of the train. However it was great to see that the ‘Webbles’ element also added a bit of STEM concept as my daughter quickly learnt that these characters didn’t behave like her others.
The new Peppa Pig Webbles are a must for any Peppa Pig fan and I can see more being added to our collection in the future.
