What’s on for Families at Ordsall Hall

There is lots to touch and explore for kids at Orsdall Hall.The kitchen is always a favourite as kids can chop herbs and explore what a Tudor kitchen would have looked like.

Throughout the hall, there is lots of hands on fun and the chance to dress up in Tudor dress too.

Food and Cafe at Ordsall Hall

There is a small cafe at Ordsall Hall which is open during opening hours.There are a range of drinks and snacks on offer, as well as soup and toasties. Seating is limited, and it is possible to reserve a table by calling 0161 872 0251 or emailing ordsall.hall@scll.co.uk

Outside, there are several seating areas including picnic benches and and outdoor seating area for the cafe.

Opening Times at Ordsall Hall

Note that Ordsall Hall is closed for most of the weekend (it’s only open on Sunday afternoons), so it’s a great place to visit in the school holidays if you have older children.
