It should be no surprise that The North Pole is not the warmest of places.

Although all attractions are inside you will need to wrap up with layers, hats and gloves and suitable footwear.

As you can imagine Santa is very busy this time of year and to ensure you get to see him you need to arrive on time for your slot.

Also, the farm is asking that you don’t arrive any earlier than 15 minutes beforehand as there will be nowhere to prior to this.

Check Your Passport

The North Pole Passport contains all the Christmas activities included in your ticket. With so much going on it could be easy to miss one or two.

Therefore we recommend checking it before you leave to make sure that you have a sticker for each – more details in our Review of Cockfields Santa

Don’t Miss The Elf Academy Show

Apart from seeing Santa which you do at the start of your visit, the only other activity which you have a set time for is the Elf Acemedy where you build your own reindeer toy.

When you check in your allocated time will be added to the back of your North Pole Passport. If you miss this time slot you can’t enter another show.  We would therefore recommend setting an alarm on your phone so that you don’t forget.

Check out more info on the show in our review of the Cockfields Christmas Experience here
