Pumpkin Picking at Cockfield’s Farm, Ashton Under Lyne
12th to 31st October 2025
This Halloween head to Cockfield’s Farm for their Pumpkin Festival where you can pick your own pumpkin in their own pumpkin patch which is even bigger this year.
As part of their Halloween Pumpkin Festival, children will be invited to pick their pumpkins and they will enjoy some fun activities.
There is a chance to grab the perfect family pic with lots of fun props and meet reptiles in a fun show and take part in the spooky discount. Don’t forget to ride the Halloween hay ride.
The ticket will include entrance to the farm hand-feed the barn animals, meet the meerkats unlimited rides on the fairground carousel and lots more.
If that’s not enough they will also be doing a Pumpkin Patch After Dark Event.

Pumpkin Patch at The Old Mill Farm Shop, Mottram
Saturday 18th to Friday 31st October 2025
The Old Mill Farm Shop hasn’t confirmed pumpkin-picking sessions for 2025.
However, in 2025, along with being able to pick a pumpkin, you will be able to carve it, go on a picture hunt and pose with the photo opportunities along the way.

Pumpkin Picking at Lancaster Park Farm, Oldham
Saturday 5th to Thursday 31st October 2025
Lancaster Park Farm will have a fun pumpkin patch as part of its Halloween event.
You will be able to pick your own pumpkin and carve it, leaving the mess behind.
Plus, there will be a Wizard School, Halloween Disco, take advantage of the lots of photo opportunities and win prizes in the fancy dress competition. Plus, all their usual farm fun will be included in the tickets.
Halloween on the farm will take place during the weekends from the 5th to the 19th of October, then every day from Saturday 25th to Friday 31st October 2025.
Tickets to the event cost:
- £13 for adults (no pumpkin included)
- £16 for children with 1 pumpkin
- £6.50 for children under 12 months with 1 pumpkin

Enjoy fun pumpkin-picking sessions in Hyde this Halloween.

Reddish Vale Farm are offering a spooktacular time this Halloween at their Pumpkin Festival.
You will be able to head to the pumpkin patch, grab a wheelbarrow, grab a pumpkin, then carve it, leaving the mess behind.
Halloween Games including Vampire Archery and Witches Hat Hoopla, a Witches and Wizards Show and Potions Making.

Seven Sisters Ice Cream Farm Secret Pumpkin Patch
Saturday 5th to Monday 21st October 2024
Seven Sisters Ice Cream Farm have launched a new secret pumpkin patch.
It is around 40 minutes (28 miles) away from Manchester. You can pick a homegrown pumpkin and carve it, leaving the mess behind.
Entry to the pumpkin patch is free, and you just pay for your pumpkin, which costs from 50p to £15.00
They will also have a pumpkin carving area with carving kits available to buy, or you can bring your own.
They also have Halloween activities, including both a night and a day maze
Plus, they have a large selection of ice cream, waffles, smoothies, milkshakes and hot drinks.
The Pumpkin Patch is open weekends from 4th to 2nd November 2025 and from Wednesday 27th October to Friday 1st November:

The Hayloft / Sandy Lane Farm Pick Your Own Pumpkin, Bold
Saturday 2nd to Thursday 31st October 2025
Just 40 minutes away from Manchester, the Hayloft (Sandy Lane Farm) pumpkin patch has confirmed that their pumpkin patch will be back for 2025.
The sessions are drop-in and no booking is required, just pay for what you pick.
They close if the patch gets too busy. Keep an eye on their Facebook Page for details.
They also had a spooky maze, a miniature railway, and their coffee shop will be open, serving hot drinks and treats.

Libby’s Pumpkin Patch is based in Macclesfield and is just 30 minutes away from Manchester.
They have confirmed that they will be back for 2025.
You will be able to pick your own pumpkin on weekends and during school holidays from 25th to 31st October 2025.

Saturday 4th to Friday 31st October 2025.
Bellis Brothers pumpkin patch is just an hour away from Manchester and is returning for 2025.
The event will feature the chance to pick your own pumpkin, plus there will also be a Maise Maize (entry fee applies)
The Pumpkin Patch will be open during weekends and then daily over the school holidays from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm each day.
