Review P Louise Pink Island Cafe Stockport

If you have a beauty routine and make-up fan, the cosmetics brand P Louise will be no stranger to you, but did you know that they have a restaurant in Stockport, the Pink Island Cafe?
Located in their one and only retail space, the P.Louise Empire in Cheadle, the Pink Island Cafe is just as popular as the beauty products themselves.
It boasts its own separate Instagram page where it shares an array of its very gram-worthy food and treats from the menu.
I recently visited Pink Island Cafe with my twelve-year-old and friends to find out if it lives up to the hype! Here is everything you need to know
How To Book A Table at P Louise Pink Island Cafe?

Given the popularity of the P Louise brand, it should be no surprise that you need to book in advance to get a table at the Pink Island Cafe.
In fact, if you want to dine there, you usually need to book at least 2 months in advance, and that’s for a weekday slot. If you are hoping to grab a table during the weekend or school holidays, it’s even longer (currently, at the time of booking, 6).
We booked our table back in November 2024, and the first available date was Monday, 3rd February at 4.00 pm. Having said that, they do sometimes get cancellations or add extra slots, so it is worth checking regularly.
See the link below to book.
Pink Island Cafe

The P Louise Empire store is located at Orion Business Park, Birdhall Lane in Stockport Industrial Park. It has its own car park next to the unit, which is free on standard days. However, during their Christmas event, they were charging £5.00.
Once inside the huge industrial building, you are greeted with the sight of a sea of pink that could only be described as a girly girl’s dream – think of a scene out of the Barbie Movie.
The cafe tables are set in the centre of the building around a bar area, and there are also booths scattered around, which are usually reserved for birthday parties.
On being seated, it was explained to us that we could get up from the table as we wished to look around the shop. The girls, of course, wanted to start shopping straight away, and we just about managed to keep them at the table long enough to tell us their food order.
Pink Island Cafe Menu 2025

The Pink Island Cafe has an extensive menu featuring everything from all-day brunch items from £9.50 to sandwiches from £8.95 to Chef’s Specials such as Braised Beef Rib (£14.95) and Salads from £11.95.
My twelve-year-old was torn between ordering from the Mac N Cheese section or a Pizza – luckily she didn’t have to compromise, opting for the Mac N Cheese pizza (£12.99) which she loved. The other members of our party also opted for pizzas, and we were equally not disappointed.
I couldn’t resist the Angus Beef Burger, which came with 2 smashed-style patties, turkey rashers and cheese. It was served with a decent-sized salad, cajun fries and dipping aioli – it was all delicious and very filling.

Pink Island Cafe is known for its sweet treats, and they certainly didn’t disappoint. With the likes of Crème Brûlee Toast, Strawberries and Cream Croffle, Sticky Toffee Pudding and Hot and Cold Sundae desserts for our table was not an easy choice.
Eventually, my daughter settled on their signature ‘Yule’ Be Obsessed chocolate milkshake (£8.50), which came in the cutest bear bottle.
Her friend couldn’t resist the very elaborate Chocolate Brownie (£10.90), which comes encased in a chocolate dome which dramatically melts when hot chocolate sauce is poured over it from a pink teapot – it was just as amazing as it sounds.

Shopping at P.Louise Empire
As mentioned above, the Pink Island Cafe is housed in the P. Louise Empire, which is the only P.Louise retail store.
If you want to visit the shop at weekends or during school holidays, you need to book a ticket in advance, which costs £5.00 ( plus the booking fee) and gives you 90 minutes to look around and take pictures, etc.
If you just want to shop and not spend time in the store, you don’t need to book; you can just let them know what you need and be checked out.
You also don’t need to book if, like us, you have a Pink Island Cafe reservation.
The shop is divided up into products such as lips, eye pallets, foundations and any other cosmetics you can imagine, all housed in their own Instagramable sections. There are also lots of huge branded props scattered around, ideal for a picture or two.
As the girls were looking around, a member of staff announced that there would be a dance-off to win prizes. This happened twice whilst we were there, and the kids loved dancing to the likes of the Macarena and the Conga. My daughter was also over the moon when she was selected to win a prize.
What We Thought About The Pink Island Cafe

The purpose of our trip to the cafe was for a treat for my daughter, and to be honest, I didn’t expect to enjoy the experience as much as I did.
The food was lovely, the staff were all lovely and the cafe itself generally great atmosphere, especially for a Monday afternoon. Although without trying to sound old, I could have done with the music being turned down a bit as it was a little loud.
The girls had a great time. It was a lovely way for them to have a look around the shop and try some of the products. The dance competitions were a great touch and really added to the fun.
