Hyde General Swim Sessions

The pool offers general swim sessions , adult and lady only sessions during week days at different times of the day. See their website below for times.

Hyde Leisure Pool Swim Slide and Waves Sessions

The Swim Slide and Waves sessions run on Thursday and Friday evenings and Saturdays and Sundays (see times below). The sessions offer the chance to enjoy the amazing Red Ripster water slide, water cannons. wave machine, water rapids, gysers and bubble beds.

Swimming Lessons at Hyde Leisure Pool

The Hyde pool offers a range of swimming lessons for all ages. Little Ducks lessons for children aged 3 to 4 years offers a great start to formal lessons, with only 4 children in each session and the swim teacher in the pool. For children over 5 Hyde Leisure pool offers their swim school lessons based on the STA scheme.

Wally Walrus Sessions

Wally Walrus run at Hyde Leisure for children under 8 years and their parents and carers providing the chance to gain water confidence and to meet Wally Walrus himself.

Prices for Swim, Slide and Waves – Adults £5.50 , Juniors £3.50 , Under 5’s £2.00 and Family tickets for Swim Slide and Waves costs £14.50 ( 2 adults and 2 children).

Prices for General Swim at Active Hyde – Adult £4.00 Junior £2.00, Under 5’s Free and Family general tickets cost £9.00 ( 2 adults and 2 children).

Wally Walrus swim sessions costs £5.00 for a child under 8 and an adult.

Hyde Leisure Pool Opening Times.

The Leisure Centre is open:

Mondays to Thursdays 6.30am to 9.30pm

Fridays 6.30am to 8.30pm

Saturdays and Sundays 9.00am to 4.00pm

You can reach Hyde Leisure Pool by bus by the 201 bus service from Manchester Piccadilly which stops at The Bankfield and is a 7 minute walk to Hyde Leisure Pool. From Ashton Under Lyne Old St you can get the 330 bus to Shepherds Call which is a 9 minute walk from Active Hyde.
