The Trafford Centre Ice Rink is the place to be this Christmas.
You can enjoy a great-sized rink as you skate away under twinkling lights with lovely festival music.
If you don’t fancy skating you can watch the fun with a lovely hot chocolate or mulled wine .
How Long are the Ice Skating Sessions at the Trafford Centre?
The sessions last 45 minutes and start at 15 minutes past the hour.
Trafford Centre Ice Skating Opening Times.
The Trafford Centre Ice Skating Rink will be running from 21st November to 4th January 2026.
The Ice Rink will be open at the following times, with sessions starting on the hour.
- Monday to Friday – 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm
- Weekends and School Holidays 12.00 pm to 8.00 pm
- Christmas Eve 12.00 to 7.00 pm
- Boxing Day 1.00 pm to 7.00 pm
- Closed Christmas Day
- Closed New Years Day
How much are Tickets to the Trafford Centre Ice Rink
The price of the tickets to the Ice Rink at The Trafford Centre is separated into peak and off-peak times.
Peak tickets to the Trafford Centre Ice Rink Cost:
- £17.00 for adults
- £14.00 for under 13’s
- £13.75 each when booked as a family for a family (2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children)
Off-peak tickets to the Trafford Centre Ice Rink Cost:
- £15.00 for adults
- £12.00 for under 13’s
- £12.50 each when booked as a family for a family (2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children)
Prices include the booking fee.
Peak times: Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, and all weekdays from 22nd December.
Off-peak times: Monday to Thursday from 24th November to 18th December

Where is the Ice Rink Located at the Trafford Centre?
The Trafford Centre ice rink is part of the Christmas Fun Fair Event and is located outside the Great Hall where you will also find Gandey’s Circus Snow Storm Show.
