Free Family Yoga – How To Catch A Star, Droylsden Library
Enjoy a free Family Yoga based on the popular book How To Catch A Star, Droylsden Library.
Taking place On Friday 12th August 2022 at Droylsden Library, expect a fun yoga class for children and families.
Great for helping with the imaginative discovery of self, and collaboration with peers and family members, you can expect non-competitive movement, dance, fun and laughter.
The session will be based on the popular book How To Catch A Star
The workshops are open to everyone – children, mums, dads, grandparents and carers. You do not need to be super fit, just arrive with a willing spirit!
The sessions will run:
- 9.30 am to 10.30 am
- 11.00 am to 12.00 am
