Apple Scrumping and Pumpkin Carving Day, Droylsden

Join Fairfield Moravian Allotment Society in Droylsden for a fun day of apple scrumping and pumpkin carving. 

In conjuction with Abundance Tameside, there will be chance topress apples and pears into juices to take home and enjoy.

You can bring any excess fruits from your trees, or join help on Saturday 12th october to help us collect fruits from local trees in the area, ready to press on the sunday (meet at Droylsden cemetery at 1pm on Saturday 12th for picking).

There will also be apple or pear cider to sample, with tips on how to produce your own with the juice you press. Bring clean, empty bottles on the day to take your juices home in.

There will also be Pumpkin Carving all ready for Halloween.
