Enjoy family friendly arts and crafts activities inspired by the book The Lost Words.

 Based on the book by Robert Mcfarlane and illustrated by Jackie Morris which draws attention to the disappearance of words about the natural world, such as Dandelion, Otter, Bramble and Acorn from the Oxford children’s dictionary and from children’s lives.

The sessions run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 30th July to 29th August. Each week there will be different activities from guest artists inspired by both the book and the Museum’s collections, and share with us your thoughts on the lost words, and any lost words you may know about.
