Otterbeck Distillery’s new Cotton Gin captures the taste of summer.

Kicking Strawberry Season off in Style, Luxury Yorkshire Producers Otterbeck Distillery and Annabel’s Deliciously British are delighted to announce a new partnership: a delectably fresh, berry-infused flavoured gin, with a delicious pink peppercorn finish – Cotton Gin Strawberry and Pink Peppercorn.

This new gin promises the taste of strawberry sweetness along with perfectly balanced juniper, pine and citrus with a gentle heat from the pink pepper.

The new flavour was the creation of women entrepreneurs coming together: and the resulting gin is a celebration of the Yorkshire countryside. Cotton Gin Strawberry & Pink Peppercorn is the perfect choice for Craft Gin Lovers, looking for an elevated G&T at al-fresco drinks, and to bring their luxury at-home experiences to life this summer.

Lovingly crafted using the finest botanicals: this premium small-batch gin is distilled at Otterbeck Distillery from botanicals including Yorkshire Watercress, English Coriander, hand-foraged local spruce, rowan berries, nettle leaves and mint, which perfectly complement the ripe strawberries from Annabel’s farm.

Otterbeck Distillery only started producing gin in 2020 and Distillery Founders Nicola and Alexa are delighted that they were able to continue to work on this collaboration while socially distancing. The friends were regular customers of Annabel’s and a collaboration seemed a natural and perfect place to showcase the wonderful produce available on their doorstep and promote the deliciousness of Annabel’s Strawberries to all gin lovers over the UK.

Annabel is a 5th generation farmer and a mother of two, her brand, “Annabel’s Delicious British,” sells berries to some of the most prestigious outlets in England including Harrods, The Ritz, The Savoy and Michelin-starred restaurants. 2021 saw Annabel diversify into Yorkshire Rhubarb, a range of jams and chutneys and British grown daffodils. Alongside her farming enterprises, Annabel created a drinks range called Tame & Wild.

If you are looking for the perfect way to serve Cotton Gin, the producers recommend 50ml of Cotton Gin Strawberry & Pink Peppercorn served over ice in a highball, topped with a Tame & Wild Strawberry and Lime Flower. Sliced strawberry garnish, with a sprig of mint.
