Ice Skate Through An ‘Enchanted Snow Covered Forest’ At The Trafford Centre

Unreal Xmas are bringing an immersive journey through an enchanted Christmas world this December at the Trafford Centre.

Taking place at Trafford Centre’s Barton Square this Christmas adventure will include a unique ice skating experience that will take you through an enchanted and snow-covered world – see our review here.

Visitors can expect a winding ice road that will guide you through a world crafted by shapes and colours where lights, sounds and sets are tools to create an incredible multi-dimensional experience.

The event will also feature an immersive craft market featuring a mix of Christmas trees, snow, lights and scenography, offering a realistic and immersive visualization of a magical festive world to be visited and experienced.

There will also be a custom-built bar serving a range of themed beverages ideal for resting your feet after the market or skating. Some of the best UK vendors will be stationed at the event offering a range of goods including artisan, crafts, food, drink & much more.

The Unreal Xmas event comes from OOBE Global Group an immersive event specialist OOBE Global Group, and it will be the biggest of this type of event at TraffordCity.

OOBE Group’s managing director Paolo Gaddari said: We believe that setting is very important on an event, so we have made a large investment for the production, working with some of the best companies in the market such as Visual Architects for the scenography and Intercom for the ice-rink, to bring visitors in a stunning and enchanting event that will be featuring high-quality artisanal stallholders, imaginative food offerings, two fully stocked bars and a magnificent ice-rink, all within a wonderful indoor location at TraffordCity.
