Enjoy a magical event the Trafford Centre’s Christmas Tinsel Town

Enjoy Christmas at The Trafford Centre with glitz and glamour its new sensational outdoor experience Tinsel Town for 2021.

The Trafford Centre are giving families to get out and about this Christmas their new fun festive outdoor experience Tinsel Town. 

Running from the 13th November 2021 to 3rd January 2022 wrap up warm and explore a winter wonderland of rides, an ice rink and festive fayre.

There will be chance to glide down the UK’s longest toboggan slide, take a spin on the big wheel, ride the Santa train and shimmy and skate around a magical ice rink. See here for more details and how to book the Trafford Centre ice rink. 

Of course, no visit is complete without a visit to the big man himself! Enjoy some cosy storytime and share your festive wishes with Father Christmas in his twinkling tipi see here for details.

If that is not enough, head to a giant covered hangar, whilst sampling mulled wine and other delicious delights from traditional Bavarian Huts, as well as independent street food vendors including Oh My Glaze, Old School Dogs, The Thai Food Van, Epic Pizza, Bouji Baker and Clean Traits.

Don’t miss SNOWSTORM, a sensational ice-skating show live from the heated theatre big top.  Be wowed by an international cast of ice skaters and incredible circus artistes in a 90-minute spectacular production. Check out the details here.

Make special memories at Tinsel Town before enjoying some Christmas shopping and feasting. With late night shopping until 11pm from 20th – 23rd December, festive music on the malls and spectacular Christmas lights to enjoy, a visit to the Trafford Centre isn’t to be missed.”

Tinsel Town will be situated outside The Orient, opposite The Great Hall entrance.

Visitors do not need to pay general admission to sit and enjoy food and drinks in the hangar, if making their way to see Father Christmas or watching the SNOWSTORM show.
