The “Closing Date” is that specified on the Competition Entry Page

1. Competitions are open to residents of the UK, aged 18 years or over.
2. Only one entrant from same e-mail address or household will be accepted.
3. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible or fraudulent entries by The Promoter.
4. Entries must be received by the “Closing Date” and proof of sending cannot be taken as proof of receipt.
5. Winner/s will be chosen at random from entrants who correctly follow the instructions or entry criteria on the Competition Entry Page
6. The winners will be informed by email within 7 days of the closing date, and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
7. In order to receive your prize, the winner(s) is/are required to provide The Promoter with their full name and UK address by email to an address specified by the Promoter and you acknowledge we may pass your details to a third party for the purpose of redeeming the prize. Your details will be held securely in line with our privacy policy and will not be used for any other purpose other than in relation to delivering your prize except in relation to Term and Condition 17.
8. The prize will be delivered within 28 days of receipt of a UK address.
9. Family On The Go Twitter prize draws are not open to employees (or family members of employees) of Family On The Go, or those associated with the promotion and all affiliates of such companies. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants in its sole and absolute discretion. The prize cannot beredeemed in whole or in part cash.
10. In the event of the prize being unavailable for any reason outside Family On The Go’s control, Family On The Go reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal monetary value.
11. All decisions of FamilyOnTheGo.Co.Uk are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. No prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize. The prize is not transferable.
13. Other than where such liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.
14. All competitions hosted by FamilyOnTheGo.co.uk will close at Midnight on the date stated. Any entries after these dates will be void.
15. Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties will be disqualified.
16. FamilyOnTheGo.co.uk ,is not liable for any delay or failure by the prize provider to deliver any prize or for the quality of the prize or for any loss or damage arising in connection with the competition.
17. The winner’s name may be publicised via social media, this Site or the organiser’s website.
18. By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these terms and conditions.
